Pro Options Do Not Get Saved

      I just purchased Easy FancyBox Pro, but the features do not all work!

      I have 1.5.6 of Easy FancyBox, but the Pro extension is version number 1.5.2, so there may be a mismatch.

      In any event, in the Windows section of the options, there is still a “Make Available” link attached to the Opacity option. I tried changing the background color, but as soon as I saved changes, the page refreshed with the original #fff value still in the box; my change did not get saved. The Border color box doesn’t accept input; it has been disabled.

      Please fix your plug-in and get it working or I will insist on a refund.

      Hi David, sorry to hear you are having trouble. There must be something going wrong because 1.5.2 is compatible with the free 1.5.6 version.

      Please make sure that both plugins (Easy FancyBox and Easy FancyBox Pro) are activated at the same time. If they are, then the Pro plugin must be failing at some other point.

      Do you have access to error log files on your hosting environment? Do you see any errors after saving the options or deactivating/reactivating the Pro plugin?

      The error log does not contain anything related to the FancyBox plugin. And functionally, it appears as if options are being saved. Both plugins are activated.

      Here’s something that is weird. I tried saving the Border Radius, and that worked fine. But the other attributes of the Windows section do not persist.

      That’s indeed very weird. Could you try deactivating and reactivating both plugins? And again look at the error logs to see if this triggers some error message?

      If that still does not reveil anything, please send me a quick message via and I’ll contact you directly for further investigation. You can then share the screenshot and (if desired) I can take a look on the admin of your site.

      I have tried all the things you have suggested, and I have seen no change. This product does not operate as advertised on my computer.

      What do we do next?

      I have the same problem – purchased and installed Pro version, but still have no pro features available in fancybox light.
