    Hi Tomas, you can find the test plugin attached 🙂

    About the scrolling: An option to disable background scrolling is planned for a future release but what you can do right now is add a custom CSS rule in your theme Customizer:

    .fancybox-active { overflow: hidden; }

    Hi Thomas, I tried that site but can’t find any close button. In any case, you would need to resort to custom CSS to replace the FancyBox close button.

    This custom CSS can be added to the theme customizer CSS field or it can be added by a plugin. This may be pure CSS or CSS with a replacement background image.

    As it stands, we have a little test plugin available that is meant to be integrated into a future version of Easy FancyBox Pro. The test plugin simply replaces the default button and arrow icons with a more modern (flat) style. In this case, white on green but you could replace the images with your own…

    Let me know if you would like to receive the icons plugin to play around with it 🙂

    Update: could you try the new .15 release that should be available in your WP updates now?

    Hi Twig Interactive, thanks for the report and feedback.

    The effect is known, it just never came up to be a problem. But I see your point about possibly breaking certain CSS.

    I’ll see what can be done about it and let you know asap!

    Hi Pablo, comparing different pages of your site source code I have the impression that most content is wrapped in a div with class entry-content except products. This we could use in our advantage…

    As you already suspected, go to Settings > Media and find the option Apply to in the Images section. Set it to Links inside Sections(s) only.

    Then scroll a bit down to find the Section(s) field. Enter div.entry-content here. Then Save the options.

    Let me know how it works out 🙂

    Hi Bruno, this usually happens when the incorrect class is used. For example, in case of a div (meaning inline html content) you will need to:
    1. Go to Settings > Media and activate the Inline Content option.
    2. Use the class fancybox-inline for the link that is supposed to pop up your div content.

    If you want, you can send me a link to your web page via our contact page so I can take a look at what is going wrong in your case.

    OK, thanks for those images they tell me a lot 🙂 … It does not seem to be a regular WordPress menu so there is no option to add a class to the menu item itself. But the Javascript Body field will allow us to add some script that could help us.

    Please try:

    jQuery(function($){$('.bddex-menu-btn').addClass('fancybox-inline');});

    I’m not sure if the theme will wrap the code in the correct script tags though. So if it does not work, can you share a link to your dev site so I can take a look at the result? You can use the contact form to keep the link off this public forum.

    Hi Igor, does the button on your site appear in the menu same as the demo page? If so, you should be able to give that menu item (not the button itself) the class fancybox-inline … if not, we might be able to target the button class bddex-menu-btn with some custom javascript. Does the theme have a field to add custom javascript to the footer maybe?

    Hi Lukas, looking at your site the links seem to work but I do notice you have multiple times a <div id=contact_form_pop> (each time with a contact form inside) in your source code. Multiple divs with the same ID is not allowed. The light box will in this case, always open the first one.

    If you wish to have multiple links to the same contact form, then you can simply leave ONE contact form, wrapped in <div id=contact_form_pop> and remove all the others. But if you wish to open different contact forms (or other inline content) then you need to use a different ID each time. Adapt each link/button to match the ID of the inline content that you wish to open.

    Hope these tips help 🙂

    Hi Lucas, my apologies for the late response. Your bug report is being worked on right now. I’ll report back on it’s status as soon as I have some news!

    Hi Lukas, your inline content should not be scrolling down by default…

    It looks like you disabled the light box effect for your contact form so I cannot see it happen live. Could you create a temporary test page where the same contact form can be opened in the light box?

    Hi Silvia, you’re really no disturbance at all. Response to your PM is in the mail!

    January 9, 2019 at 4:22 pm #13083

    Hi Silvia, sorry to hear it’s not working for you. Code you gave seems like it should be enough to create what you are looking for but it sounds like something on your site is blocking the liht box script to function properly. The problem is that it can litterally be anything (other scripts, plugins, misconfiguration) and it would really be helpful to see the site live.

    You can send us your site address via the contact form on https://premium.status301.net/contact/ or you can send it directly via the Send a message link on https://premium.status301.net/support/users/ravanh/

    Without seeing it live, it’ll be very hard to debug further. But if you prefer, we can try to do that step-by-step too. Let me know 🙂

    UPDATE: you might also try to get Autodetection working by setting the option Apply to: Links inside Section(s) only (below) and then scroll down to the Section(s) field and add , .wpb_wrapper there…
